It's a Comic Con Kinda Life...

IFC Comic Con Chronicles: It was the end of August 2005. I was hastily preparing pitches for the coming Comic Con in mid-July, and advertising the sneak preview of my film at their film festival. While posting on one internet message board, I noted a call for people to video tape their experiences at the coming Con. I replied, and this is the ultimate result of my exhausting five days at the Con. Interested in my thoughts and explications?

Eisner Award Speech: Considered by many to the be the memorable highlight of the 2003 Eisner Awards, this speech I gave while accepting an award for the absent Jason Shiga was conceived that same morning, and spoken without notes. I'm still hunting down a complete video of the speech, as it is much funnier spoken in its entirity. I was recently told by one attendee (this is 2005) that he remembered me as being no taller than 5' 7" (I'm 6' 1")...so witness my powerful mastery of disguise.
